Currently House of Shipping is recruiting for a Talent Management Specialist.
Responsibilities
Accurately maintaining books of accounts for clients (Passing accounting entries for daily transactions).
Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet item.
Preparing documents and driving the annual Audit purposes.
Other ad hoc accounting/Finance activities.
Providing monthly management meeting inputs (Performance & Variance analysis).
Reporting Weekly Cash flow & Monthly financial results generated by the system.
Budgeting & Forecasting activities.
Timely & Accurate filing of VAT, CT, ESR and other applicable regulatory compliance in the UAE.
Need-based coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience
Batchelors degree in commerce.
Min 3-4 years of experience in accounting, booking keeping, reconciliations and UAE tax compliance
Experience in undertaking audit
Knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of UAE VAT laws
