Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide assistance to the General Manager

· Answering incoming calls with proper etiquette at all times, handles messages and forwarding phone calls to the appropriate parties.

· Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm approach and assisting in desired location with providing hospitality towards guests and clients.

· Handling and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

· Handling office tasks, such as filing all reports, employee personal documents, client’s documents, companies’ confidential documents and establishments.

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as encoding, photocopying, scanning, labeling, transcribing and faxing.

· Maintain office supplies by placing orders and evaluating new products.

· Accountable for handling customer enquiry, complaints, giving right information to callers in well manner.

· Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Customer service attitude
