Secretary / Document Controller (ARABIC) - Dubai
Join one of Dubai’s leading Engineering, architecture and environmental companies with a diversified business in the building industry.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills (ARABIC and ENGLISH) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Registering outgoing & incoming documents,(ie shop drawings, RFI, requisitions, etc.)
2. Preparing transmittal, for engineers & requisitions.
3. Answering e-mails. minute of meetings & other related works
4. Submitting Shop drawings, Fabrication Work Order & Material Take Off on time
5. Ensuring outgoing & incoming documents should be registered.
6. Monitoring the responses on document issues.
Candidate willing to join on an immediate basis and with 3-4 years of experience in building industry in UAE shall be preferred.
