- Must have atleast 1 year secretarial experience - Pleasing personality - Preferred a degree holder- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills- Computer literate (typing speed of minimum 50wpm)
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Knows how to answer calls; either redirect them to the concern personnel if necessary or providing information to callers
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence or sending business letter
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, or interviews
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Must put all inquiries to the designated company system
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
