Secretary - Dubai

Our Company is looking to hire the best candidate to fill the position of an Office Secretary.

The candidate must have a pleasant and friendly personality, have good communication skills both; verbal and written, as well as high coordination in order to meet the job requirements.

The candidate should have very good time management skills, must be well organized, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition to the following skills;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manners.
• The ability to react quickly and effectively when dealing with challenging situations and solve problems independently.

• Regular secretarial functions, such as; filing, scheduling appointments, taking minutes of meetings, typing documents, maintain updated records of all office and project files, preparing reports when needed, and manage day to day office operation.
• Update and post new items on the company website, and update social media channels.
• Be responsible for book keeping and petty cash.
• Managing vendors’ list.


• Must maintain discretion.
• A Bachelor's Degree or a Vocational Diploma will increase your chances. Please mention all and any completed training.
• Experience in Furniture Trading (FF&E / OS&E) is a plus.

Full Time Placement.
Location: Dubai. Business Bay/ Opposite Shaikh Zayyed Road.
5 minute walk from the Metro Station.
