We seek to fill the founding principal position in one of our campuses in Sharjah
Responsibilities
· Undertake observation of classroom teaching as associated activities, promote, and demonstrate sound teaching practice.
· Management of staff within each section in term of their duties and responsibilities, syllabus coverage, syllabus coordination and development, and lesson planning, formal/informal assessment.
· Planning to create a workable program that best supports the whole school program.
· To liaison and coordinate with Heads of Section in the day-to-day management of the section.
· Promote the ethos of the school.
· Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the teaching staff.
· Contribute as a member of the school management team to the development implementation and review of the school plan.
· Manage the staff of the school, including performance management, professional development and delegation of roles and responsibilities.
· Promote the self-esteem ad morale of staff members and encourage them to work as a team.
· Maintain cordial and professional relationship with all parents and respond to their feedback and complaints
· Oversee and contribute to implementing marketing plans and insure meeting admission targets
Candidate is required to have:
· Masters from reputed university or equivalent western education
· Minimum 3 years of school leadership as school principal / Vice Principal
Excellent managerial skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; excellent negotiator; proven conflict & crisis management skills; effectively manage stress; team leader and player
