As part of our commitment to student safety, we are looking for a responsible and experienced School Bus Driver to transport our students to and from school and various school-related activities.
Position: School Bus Driver
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Safely transport students to and from school, following designated routes and schedules.
Ensure the safety of all passengers by following traffic laws and school bus regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, especially younger children or those with special needs.
Maintain order and discipline on the bus, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
Communicate with school staff and parents regarding any transportation issues or concerns.
Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues to the school administration and transportation coordinator immediately.
Keep the bus clean and presentable at all times.
Attend required training sessions and meetings as necessary.
Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including those related to student safety and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a school bus endorsement.
Previous experience as a school bus driver or in a similar transportation role.
Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Ability to manage and interact positively with children of various ages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to student safety.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Flexibility to work early morning and afternoon shifts.
