Responsibilities

Develop and implement training, leads generation, and conversion, as well as bi-annual sales training.
Conduct PowerPoint training presentations for new and present members.
Improve the quality of the sales associates as a quality assurance agent monitoring and coaching the sales rep.
Develop marketing and sales strategies, and maximum market penetration and continuous sales opportunities.
Guide in creation and development of most effective advertising layouts for the markets to maximize ROI simultaneously supporting dealers stock rotation.
Develop strong relationships throughout the internet community both nationally and internationally.
Recruit to lead strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing, communications and Internet solutions for commercial clients.
Assume ownership and accountability for the timely and accurate identification and resolution of operational, benefit, data and communication issues.
Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.

Qualifications

Have 7+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales team management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluint in English required
