Business Development & Client Servicing (Domestic / International)
EVEX EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS
- Understanding Client requirements, modifications, brief & event objectives;
- Acting as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams;
- Generating new business & repeat business from existing clients, managing client relationships.
- Ensuring a good turn-around time & quality output;
- Sending Delivery Reports, maintaining the project tracker, updating account files and ensuring follow-up procedures;
- Creating cost estimations, Negotiating with clients & closing the deal;
- Understanding the marketing plan & budgetary guidelines for client negotiations;
- Making PPT/ Keynote & PDF presentations & commercial outlay of events.
- Participating in marketing strategies & sales plans;
- Meeting quarterly sales targets; (Domestic & International)
- Market Intelligence: Identifying and analysing competition and staying abreast with the latest event/exhibition trends;
- Excellent communication skills.
NOTE: Industry experience would be an advantage.
