Sales Manger - Dubai

A growing food trading and distribution company in Dubai, is looking for

Sales Manager with proven experience in food sales (focus on beverage,

confectionery and chocolate), to establish and grow UAE sales for a range

of exclusive products and to identify and seize new trade and distribution

opportunities.

Ideal candidate would have:

- Close relationships with current accounts that can be translated to Sales

opportunities immediately

- Experience in managing sales force and process

- Experience in high value foodstuff including drinks and confections

- Valid driver licence.

- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

- Achieving Sales and GP targets.

- Covering existing accounts as well as new lead generation and new account

opening

- Customer relationship building

- Keeping abreast of Competitors

- Build and train a competent sales force.

- Product knowledge, development of Marketing and promotion plans.

Compensation:

- Salary plus commission (GP based commission).

- Visa and Health insurance

- Transport and Communication allowance.
