Sales Manager Required in Dubai

FGT Industries FZE, a leading distributor of consumer products, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our distribution network in the consumer electronics sector.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for consumer products as a distributor.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, retailers, and partners, to expand the company's distribution network.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including retailers and wholesalers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, maintain optimal inventory levels, and address any supply chain issues.
Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer demands, and the competitive landscape in the consumer electronics market.
Analyze market data, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and provide insights for management decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics market, including trends, products, and competitors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
Must be currently living in the UAE with a valid driver's license.
