A few words about Callgear and what we do for our clients: A fast growing IT & Call Management system with digital marketing tools. We offer our client a 360 view on their calls, providing the full call statistics. As a result this statistic helps our clients to improve the results of their sales & support teams. Our marketing tool helps to the identify the marketing campaign of inbound calls. This helps our clients identify what marketing campaigns/key words generate them prospects & clients. We also offer integration with social media/landing page forms & lead generation widgets. We are always developing our product with new features & integrations with other services. What we offer the potential candidate:
1. Fixed Salary + Commission (monthly, quarterly, yearly), insurance, Class A office space.
2. Ability to work in Dubai or Moscow office.
3. Work in a fast growing, dynamic & result driven company.
4. Option to work remotely if you are out of town. This is discussed individually with each candidate.
5. Help to relocate to Dubai if you are out of town.

What we are looking for in a candidate
1. Fluent English speaker. Other languages are welcomed!
2. Experienced in sales. 3-5 years preferably.
3. IT/Telecom/CRM/BI/ERP experience is welcomed.
4. Result driven. (Commission is a big part of your income)
5. Love overcome challenges! Approaches like "That lead seems to have a complicated request, I take it!: Are welcomed!
6. Posses and more importantly implement critical (think outside the box) & solution oriented thinking.
7. You are a Team player. You will be working closely with other departments such as Customer Success Team, Support Team, Engineers.
8. You are mature and responsible. We are flexible on office hours & remote work. However we expect full commitment and beyond!
