Sales Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Our client is a leading fertilizer manufacturing and trading company with a strong presence in India, Lithuania, and beyond. As we expand our operations into Dubai, we are looking to enter the African market, targeting countries such as Kenya, Nigeria, and Mozambique. Our mission is to provide high-quality fertilizers to enhance agricultural productivity across the continent.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the fertilizer or chemical manufacturing industry and a proven track record of success in the African market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and growing our customer base in Africa, leveraging their expertise to drive sales and business development initiatives. This role will be based out of Dubai.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in related stream.
3-4 years of relevant experience in sales or business development within the fertilizer manufacturing/trading industry, specifically targeting the African market.
Strong understanding of the African market, including regulatory requirements and distribution channels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel frequently.
