About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Team Leader to drive growth and lead our Dubai sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market and 2+ years in a managerial role. You’ll develop and implement sales strategies, manage team performance, and ensure exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Dubai market.
Build strong client relationships and oversee transaction processes.
Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience and 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
