Sales Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and maximize revenue in the steel fabrication and cladding sector.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the steel fabrication market.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Stay current with industry developments and technologies to recommend new products and improvements to service offerings.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and foster relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of proven sales experience within the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry.
5-10 years of managerial experience leading sales teams.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, products, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
