Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position will be between 8000 AED to 12000 AED per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a competitive commission structure and other benefits.
