Company Description
ANGT LLC / Miraya International is a food ingredient manufacturing company based in Dubai with its manufacturing unit in India. Since 1999, the company specializes in producing natural, preservative-free ingredients that reduce food cost, overheads cost, manpower cost, and offer consistency without compromising quality. They supply to the foodservice industry across 18 countries and their products include a diverse range of pastes, boiled pulses/lentils, Indian gravies, Jain gravies, tandoori marinade, dehydrated fried onion and Indian Desserts.
Role description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the foodservice industry, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and strategies, ensuring the delivery of products, and providing excellent customer service. The sales manager should have handled multiple distributors and their teams too.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the foodservice industry and sales management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Good knowledge of market trends and competition
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience in the food ingredients industry is a plus.
