Sales Manager Required in Dubai

Key Accountabilities: -Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team -Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence -Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives -Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs -Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team -Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements

Proven active sales experience of at least 2 years, preferably with a fit-out industry - Self-motivated, self-starter, results-driven individual - Proven track record in sales and business development in the interior fit-out industry - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients - Communication, excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams - Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales. - Negotiation skills - Phenomenal teammate - How to drive sales teams and collaborate with them ( please add management experience is an asset or is a must ( depending on how client wants to post this ) - The ability to think creatively and with a "can do, will do" mindset can help to establish a strong business pipeline. - Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (PPT, Word, Excel). Strong listening and communication abilities in English (additional languages are a plus). UAE driving license will be a plus
