Job Details
Responsible for achieving sales targets within UAE. Will oversee and manage sales executives for achieving sales targets. Will ensure placement of brands in Key Accounts Leading Hypermarkets, Supermarkets such as Carrefour and B Class outlets eg. Kabayel Oasis. Achieve sales targets for house ware brands spanning various categories including but not limited to Casseroles, Melamine ware, Cookware and Glassware by selling to current and potential customers. Ensure complete distribution of the brands in UAE covering all A Class outlets such as Hypermarkets like Carrefour, Lulu, Geant and B Class outlets such as supermarkets like Al Manama, Kabayel Oasis. Set brand specific sales target for sales executives. Monitor and manage sales executives to ensure they achieve complete distribution of the brands in their respective outlets and achieve brand specific sales targets. Ensure customers are being properly serviced through market visits, quality checks and other follow-up. Develop and implement special sales activities promotions, clearances, marketing support for the brands. Prepare competitive analysis per brand which will mention total retail outlets with branches and presence of competitor and the brand in those outlets. Provide on-the-job training to new and existing sales. Evaluation and review of staff under direct supervision. Knowledge Skills and Experience and Job Related Competencies. Several years of managerial experience in sales in household and FMCG. Required strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. In depth knowledge in MS Office, Excel knowledge a must. Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology. Must be assertive, highly quality conscious and should be capable of managing independently. Driving license and own car.
