Sales Manager - Food Distribution, Wholesale and Trading - Dubai

Please apply only if you have minimum 3-year continuous experience in the same position in Food Distribution, Wholesale and Trading. Those with UAE experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities:
• Establish new customers, maintain new and existing customers throughout the region
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and pricing to customers
• Make sales calls in persona and via phone
• Determines annual marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English
• At least 3-year experience in Food Distribution, Wholesale and Trading.
• Must have proven track record of making sales and maintaining customers
• Strong background and/or work experience in Sales
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
• Budget development and oversight experience
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Excels at serving a fast-paced community environment
• Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
