Responsibilities: Motivates and provides leadership to accomplish the team goals. To acquire profitable business for the company. Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships. Seek customers in company target markets through research and direct contact with potential customers. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities. Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations in conjunction with the Contracts and Estimation Manager. Collaborate with company management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals. Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments through market study and research. Lead the development of Pre-Qualifications, formal presentations and marketing materials for the company. Ensure all communication with customers is in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format. Maintain customer/potential customer contact lists. -Identify and provide to management potential areas for expansion based on market exposure and analysis.
