Position Overview:
We seek a proactive and goal-oriented salesperson to join our Corporate Lease Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new corporate clients, managing existing accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role involves collaboration with a dynamic team to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction and drive our company's revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and industry events.
Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing our car rental solutions.
Successfully onboard new corporate clients and integrate them into our system.
2- Account Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term business and customer satisfaction.
Understand client needs and tailor our services accordingly.
Handle client issues or queries with swiftness and professionalism, ensuring their resolution.
3- Sales Targets:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and refine sales strategies.
4- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies, share market insights, and optimize the sales process.
Engage with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
5- Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Participate in training and development opportunities to hone sales skills and industry knowledge.
