Sales Executive Required in Dubai - Dubai
The Sales Executive is responsible for setting the strategy to increase the retail market sale of the organization's products, coordinating with Client, Consultant and Contractor to achieve the sales targets (value and volume) and growing the organization.
Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze the retail market to ascertain the projects sales opportunities for Company products.
2. Collect enquiry/RFQ and review the requirements. Identify available products meeting the client’s requirements.
3. Submit proposal once sample has been obtained meeting the approval from the client and consultant.
4. Prepare the product selection and quotation as per the specified project and within the discount agreements as per the company’s policies.
5. Manage the negotiations, order taking and delivery process to ensure high customer satisfaction. Working closely with the other Sales Executives, ensure the payment and delivery terms are as per the company’s policies.
6. Interface with the Supply Chain, Quality, Production and Marketing teams to satisfy customer needs and requirements. Follow up on invoices and ensure delivery is completed as per the contract, achieving high customer satisfaction.
7. Follow up with the customers on the collection of the payment and update the concerned parties accordingly.
8. Arrange the display of products at the resellers’ show rooms and other locations.
10. Conduct competition mapping and collect market intelligence. Identify new trends and channels which the company can use to its advantage for maintaining a competitive position in the market. Identify new sales channels for existing and new resellers.
