Sales Coordinator/Purchase Assistant/Coordinator/Accounts Assistant - Abu Dhabi

Currently working with Technical Parts Establishment (TPC) as Abu-Dhabi as a Sales Co-ordinator from 23rd March 2013 to till date.
1) NATURE OF WORK: - CRM work, quoting prices, placing an order, following up of payment With customers, data entry, Execution of orders, Purchasing materials, Delivery of items, Worked in E-commerce, ERP used (SUN systemVision, Focus7). Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input,Processing information, Completing paperwork and filing documents,Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out On time, Sourcing of materials, Negotiating with suppliers and maintaning a good relation with them, liaising with all team members and other departments etc.

2) Worked in Accounts for 11/2 yrs as an Accounts Assistant.
Nature Of Work: Making monthly accounts receivables / payable statement with ageing analysis, Coordinating with suppliers, clients & bankers, Preparing monthly wages/salaries of employees as per WPS, Payrolls, Posting of bank payments/receipts, journal vouchers, purchase bills and cash vouchers in SUN, Managing all statutory payments related to telephone, water & electricity, custom duty and labours visa related expenses & preparing F&F & Leave salary etc.
