Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in our Dubai office. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in processing sales leads, converting them into sales, and coordinating sales administration. This individual will support the sales team, prepare technical proposals based on client requirements, and compile responses for RFPs. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will manage and organize sales documents according to the company's document management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales leads and convert them into sales
Coordinate sales administration and support the sales team
Prepare technical proposals based on client requirements
Compile responses for RFPs
Manage and organize sales documents according to the company's document management system
Required Qualifications:
A university degree
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a company that sells software or technological solutions
Fluency in English
Excellent interpersonal and people skills
