This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Coordinator to join one of the Industry Leaders in Translation Services in Dubai.

JOB TITLE: Sales Account Coordinator- Industry Leading Translation Services Provider

LOCATION: Dubai

COMPANY INFORMATION

- Established almost 15 years; frozen during Covid-19 crisis and currently re-launching its business again.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- University degree (BA/MA or equivalent);

- Demonstrative experience of Strategic Sales Account Coordination;

- 3-5 years+ sales and operation coordination experience;

- Tele-sales & e mail marketing knowledge and experience;

- Technology and data sales experience to mid-market and enterprise clients;

- Experience of inside sales and field sales models;

- Proven track record of successful customer engagement across a spectrum of verticals, which may include: Fintech, Digital, Manufacturing, Technology and Market Research;

- Previous experience of leading a successful sales team (ideally remotely), and of driving results through structured strategies;

- Selling experience in international (especially Middle East and European) markets;

- Sales skills embedded through a recognized company "sales education" programme;

- A strong sales negotiation skills;

- Experience in the Language Services industry is desirable;

- Strong experience in using CRM and Microsoft Office programs.

ROLE INFORMATION

This role is based in Dubai Festival City/Dubai and will l be focused on tele-sales, meeting clients at their offices, our head office and online to offer our unique translation services and negotiate rates and close contracts.

This role will also play a critical part in the smooth operational running translation services delivery through direct cooperation with Project Managers to smoothly manage service delivery.

- Report and provide commentary on sales performance weekly and monthly sales figures to Global Sales Director;

- Build a collaborative team environment within and outside the sales team;

- Meet and exceed defined sales targets through strategic planning, networking and use of company resources;

- Maintain a thorough understanding of service offering and advise clients on relevant aspects of this as and when required;
