REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION :
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Communicate with and maintain Client relationships via telephone as well as Face to Face consultancy. Responding to their documentation and appointment enquiries.
• GOOD SKILLS IN EMAILING AND IT Skills
• Resolving any grievances / or issues in a timely manner.
• Manage documentation verification and prepare necessary documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines.
• Respond to all written correspondence via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete all required data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• The ability to work independently and to be accountable for Sales Revenue.
