We are in need of a motivated, results-driven Sales Assistant to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES ASSISTANT

Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
Customer support, Solve the queries online via mail or by calling.
Well-known for selling products and brands.
Determine customer's needs and wants and suggest and display these items Requirements and skills
Proven working experience in retail sales
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
MUST HAVE:

Minimum 2 years experience in industrial automation products.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
