Job Description: Sales & Marketing Administrator
Responsible for: Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Social Media, Office Administration
key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products.
Sales
Find new potential clients and markets to develop our sales.
Increase and develop Rothana’s wholesaler network.
Help improve and develop current sales processes.
Enters orders in company’s systems.
Prepares orders as per online platforms requests.
Prepares sales invoices.
Creates customers in company’s systems.
Adds delivery notes in company’s systems.
Introduces expenses in in company’s systems.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Prepare sales related orders and documents throughout the sales process (e.g. processing, invoices, quotations, Performa invoice between Rothana and both branch-distributor network and Rothana -manufacture network.)
Maintain sales records and update customer records.
Keep track on order status and delivery details so that they can keep customers informed.
Answer client’s questions about company’s products (e.g. hours of operation, orders, promotions).
Serve as a point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and/or email to respond to questions and requests.
Collects customer feedback.
Marketing
Propose creative ways to provide our customers with bundling products, free samples, gift cards, discounts, customer loyalty programs.
Sends e-marketing emails.
Cold calls.
Assist in initiating and developing digital content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email... that leads to higher brand awareness thus higher sales.
Ensure digital messages and contents are supportive of and consistent with marketing/sales strategies.
Assist in improving social media content.
Register Rothana’s products on new social media platforms.
Maintain the product’s good performance on different social media platform where they are already registered.
Assist in achieving more social media interactions.
Increase Rothana’s presence online through advertisements and collaborations.
Provide the correct education and information to for customers employees and distributors when asked to.
Provide educational presentations to increase our brands’ awareness in the market.
Office Management
Manage and update file system in the office which has been already created by the company.
Responsible on all office amenities & supplies management.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Receive all work report from different department including but not limited to cosmetic sales team and handle such report on regular base to management.
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Target market
diet , beauty & fitness centers , hotel , coffee.
retail store for specialty food and retail pharmacy product.
pharmacy & chain pharmacy
whole sellers for specialty food & pharmacy retail.
direct sales to end users
Social Media and digital sales .
Qualifications and Skills
Presentable .
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales representative is a must .
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication Industry.
Retail medical , Food & Beverages or Cosmetics experience will be consider as an advantage
Arabic speaking will be consider as an advantage .
car and driving license will consider an advantage
