As the Sales and Leasing Manager, your primary responsibilities are to drive revenue growth, lead and inspire your team, establish efficient leasing and sales procedures, and report directly to the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in sales and leasing in Dubai.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent from a reputable university.
Strong planning, negotiation, and real estate market knowledge.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional leadership and relationship-building abilities.
A strong work ethic and a focus on productivity.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.

KEY DUTIES

Oversee and guide the sales and leasing team in achieving predetermined leasing targets set by the Management
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing training and mentorship, ensuring the team delivers top-tier customer service.
Stay abreast of market trends, upcoming property developments, and freehold area prices, maintaining meticulous records.
Optimize team composition and performance to maximize results.
Advocate for the sales and leasing function within company policy development and contribute to the departmental budget and marketing plan.
Develop incentive programs and events to boost staff motivation and monitor daily team performance and marketing efforts to meet revenue goals.
Ensure thorough training and motivation for all sales and leasing team members to achieve company revenue targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing any concerns promptly.
Regularly review collections to ensure adherence to plans and take corrective action if necessary.
Establish and maintain a robust reporting system for all sales and leasing activities, providing timely and accurate reports to the Director of Sales.
