This is not your typical bed space we try to make it our HOME. It's newly owned spacious flat which we minimize the people. It has a cleaner that comes daily to clean the whole flat to maintain cleanliness.
The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen, has basic necessities such as fridge, cooker and the washing machine. You are most welcome to bring your own appliances too.
Bedspace is from 2200 inclusive of DEWA, Internet and a cleaner. We also have available bed in a room with attached bathroom.
The building has an outdoor and indoor pool. It has gym separate from men and women, saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi and recreation hall with two table tennis.
This is in the heart of Marina near the Tram. Its has grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurants and Salon around the area.
