Dubai Hills Estate LLC operates as a real estate development company. The Company specializes in developing shopping malls, retail spaces, hotels and resorts, commercial properties, and entertainment plazas, as well as provides property leasing services.
Dubai Hills Mall offers a gross leasable area of over 2 million sq ft in Dubai and will feature large number of retails outlets including an array of ‘fast fashion’ retail stores, restaurants and cafes. The Mall will boast major family entertainment and leisure centers as well as cineplex, hypermarket etc.
ABOUT THE FUNCTION
The Front Office function is responsible for providing a welcoming and positive experience to all members, member’s guests & potential members every time they enter The Burj Club.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star Hotel or Club Industry.
Trained in customer service with continued professional development.
Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/ College.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the daily operations of the reception desk during Management office operation times.
Answer the telephone within three rings in the correct manner & give clear & friendly response to all queries.
Attend to waiting guests as quickly as possible & actively listen & respond positively to questions, concerns & requests.
Follow company & departmental safety & security policies & procedures to ensure a clean, safe & secure environment.
Provide administrative support to the Management office
