Inventory Control: Monitor product levels, report low stock items, and assist with inventory counts as required.
Visual Merchandising: Help maintain visually appealing store displays that attract customer attention and enhance the shopping experience.
Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts following established procedures.
Returns and Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, adhering to company policies.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the store clean and well-maintained, including keeping checkout areas tidy and organized.
Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback and suggestions to improve the shopping experience.
Loss Prevention: Help prevent theft and loss by being vigilant and following security procedures.
Upselling and Promotions: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
