About the Client:

A Michellin Restaurant in Dubai serving authentic Arabian flavors with a fusion of Emirati- Levantine dishes.

Job Description:

Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the dining experience.
Train, and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff as necessary.
Handle the schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season and restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.
Be proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients – asking them for feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years’ experience in the same role with International and Levantine cuisine
