Restaurant Manager Required in Dubai
Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that the restaurant is operating efficiently and profitably, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and that any complaints are addressed promptly.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all staff are following proper sanitation and safety protocols
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in the UAE, and at least 2 years in the similar position
Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages
Candidates who can join by March 15, 2023 will be prioritized
