About the Client:

An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

Job Description:

 Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

 Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

 Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

 Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

 Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

 Organize and supervise shifts

Qualifications:

 Open to European nationals

 38 years old and below

 At least 5 years of experience in the same role from F&B or Hospitality groups

 Experience working in high end / fine dining restaurant is preferred

 Should be highly presentable with good English communication skills

 Pre-opening experience is a plus
