Restaurant Manager Required in Dubai
Urgently looking for a Restaurant Manager for our client luxury hospitality group for fine dining restaurant beach side in Dubai.
The Restaurant directly reports to the Food and Beverage Manager with the accountability of planning, organizing, and directing the resources of the Restaurant for the efficient and profitable service of food and beverage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of daily activities
- Supervise the operation of the restaurant and bar to maximize profitability.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen
and dining areas.
- Prepare the rosters efficiently.
- Create and maintain an efficient team of staff and ensure continued improvement by taking an
active interest in their welfare and safety.
- Make an objective appraisal of each staff, accentuating on their strengths and assisting them
on their weaknesses.
- Maintain a high level of public relations with the clientele by checking guests’ satisfaction.
- Note of comments and suggestions received from guests for improvement in food, beverage
and services.
- Handle and refer guest complaints accordingly.
Training and continuous learning
- Plan and implement on-the-job training programs to ensure that service staff will perform as
per the required standards.
- Ensure attendance in staff meetings.
- Heed personal and professional improvement through continuous learning and attendance in
internal and external training.
Salary : AED 12000 (Negotiable) + Benefits
