Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have an implacable authentic experience on the below:
Building partnerships and effective relationships with government, vendors, and third parties, including exciting and profitable barter.
We are establishing high-quality customer service standards in leisure and dining areas.
Planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets.
Customer concerns management.
Recruitment and staff orientation.
Personal Attributes:
Excellent reading, written, and oral proficiency in English- Russian and Arabic will be an advantage.
Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service
Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
Qualifications
At least 4-5 years of full-service restaurant management
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
