Responsibilities
Mentoring and developing a dynamic and diverse team
Interacting with our guests and sharing the company’s story and values creating legendary experiences
Own your numbers to deliver best in class results
Driving sales and promotions through creative tactics and various seasonal campaigns
Ensuring that the venue is operating smoothly each day
Establish a great culture inside your venue
Qualifications
2-3 years solid track record in a similar role
High-volume, fast-pace experience
Can-do attitude and great problem solver
Savvy with numbers
Strong business leader and knows how to motivate
Hold themselves and teams accountable
