Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for managing operations of within the outlet, staffing and roster, stock and inventory control, training staff, guest relations, food hygiene and health and safety standards within the outlet. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience
Able to meet financial targets
Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent grooming standards

About the Role:
Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Recruit, manage, train and develop team members
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
Be environmentally aware
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
2-4 years in Food and Beverage Operations and in a similar hotel restaurants operations.
Experience in creating solutions for customers based on their initiatives and our offerings.
Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
