What you will do?
As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the P&L of the restaurant and for managing its operations. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue, both dine-in and online
Engage with major food portals (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) to increase sales
Coordinate marketing efforts on social media and Google to drive dine-in and online business
Manage Restaurant operations
Ensure the procurement process is efficient and minimal waste
Keep books in order ensuring correct tracking and payment of invoices
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Restaurant team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
Be environmentally aware
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
What we are looking for?
At least 10 years of industry experience of which 3 years in a managerial position
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Fluency in English
Fluency in Thai Language is an advantage
