About the Client:

A luxurious French restaurant with multiple branches across the region.

Job Description:

Supervise the staff when the Manager is not on duty
Overseas the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish
Maintain records of staff periodic manner and operating costs
Provides feedback and coaching to the Team regularly
Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, should be from fine dining / high end restaurants or same level of Fouquet’s)
Should be fully vaccinated
