Restaurant Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for an excellent Restaurant Manager for our 5* hotel property in Dubai Edition.

Responsibilities

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted lines and to the highest standard.

Supervises and manages employees.

Maintains service and sanitation standards in the restaurant, and room service areas.

Monitors appropriateness of ambience/atmosphere (e.g., lighting, music, table-top, etc.) restaurant concept, time of day, etc.

Monitors compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Monitors compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards, and procedures, including food handling and sanitation standards.

Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

Manages daily operations so that customer expectations of quality and standards are met daily.

Monitor revenues and expenses.

Requirements

High school diploma or 4 years UAE experience in food and beverage, or related professional area.

OR

2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major

2 years of UAE experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
