Restaurant Manager Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Monitor that all operational standards, as per our policies, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times
Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
Observe all aspects of the business forecasts and plan effectively to make most efficient arrangements for manpower, equipment and supplies accordingly
Work closely with the respective Chef to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the restaurants
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability

Qualifications

At least 6 years of full-service restaurant management
Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hotel / Business Management
candidate must have a previous UAE experience
Strong knowledge of Fine Dining service procedures and standards
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
