RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

As '' Restaurant Manager " you will be responsible for leading and managing restaurant. the core objective will be handling different tasks such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.
* Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
* Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
* Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
* Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
* Closely working with aggregation and monitoring their news feed.
* Keeping track of financial statement and payroll records, as well as employee records, to ensure safe-keeping.
* Ensuring that all restaurant-related paperwork (e.g. taxes, permits, and licenses) adheres to the laws and regulations that apply and are up-to-date.
* Organize and supervise shifts.
* Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
* Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
* Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
* Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
* Control operational coasts and identify measures to cut waste.
* overseeing financial operations such as payments and bills.
* Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
* Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
* Recommend and ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
* Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
* Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
* To make sure proper dispatching of food is happening with standards put in place.
* To ensure phone calls are answered as per the company standards.
* Maintain cleanliness of all outlets daily.
