We are hiring a professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist / Hostess to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience from reservation to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and reservations.
Manage and update reservations accurately.
Confirm guest details, special requests, VIPs, celebrations, and dietary requirements.
Provide accurate information about the menu, restaurant, seating areas, opening hours, and policies.
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth handover to the waiter.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Manage walk-in guests and waiting lists professionally.
Follow up on inquiries, missed calls, and upcoming reservations.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant reception area.
Follow professional grooming and appearance standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist / Hostess in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, confident, and friendly personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good computer and reservation system knowledge.
Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Well-presented with an understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
