Reservations Manager Required in Dubai
Handles customer inquiries and convert sales opportunities that emerge with customer interactions that may contribute to profitability.
Works with Sales and Marketing Team to develop strategic sales plan.
Manage the Reservations Department to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
Responsible for the entire Reservations and Hostess department procedures and processes.
Monitor revenue variance, constantly, to identify areas of concern and build an approach to maximize revenue.
Develop accounts, proactively and coach the team to develop accounts successfully.
Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue.
Understand the competitive market place through analysis of trends and data and build strategic approach to manage trends.
Ensure constant delivery of excellent customer service.
Assign daily tasks to Hostess staff.
Responsible for the work schedule of Hostess staff.
Review booked reservations and arrival reports daily.
Ensure smooth communication in regard to bookings and occupancy.
Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to hotel and beach club policy.
Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 5 of experience from a reputed hotel, restaurant or beach resort
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills
