Reservations Agent Required in Dubai

Handle incoming calls and emails from guests inquiring about room reservations
Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and amenities
Process reservations, including taking deposits and securing payment information
Monitor room availability and suggest alternative options if necessary
Follow up with guests to confirm reservations and answer any questions they may have
Resolve any issues related to reservations, including cancellations and changes
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure guest needs are met
Maintain accurate records of all reservations and related information
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction

The candidate should be/have:

Very good experience in Opera
Previous experience in International hotel chains in UAE
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Arabic speaker will be an advantage
