Reservations Agent Required in Dubai
We are looking to hire a Reservations Agent to provide customer service support & to help customers with planning & booking reservations for one of the three hotels in Al Habtoor City Complex in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
Process reservations by mail, telephone, sales office, other hotel departments & travel agents.
Handle daily correspondence, respond to inquiries & makes reservations as needed.
Prepare letters of confirmation.
Understand the credit policy of the hotel & how to code each reservation.
Knows the selling status, rates, & benefits of all packages plans.
Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location & layout.
Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations & no-shows.
Process cancellations & modifications & promptly relay this information to the front desk.
Make sure that files are kept up to date.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Hospitality or High school degree.
Previous hotel-related experience desired. Experience in Hotel software & their functionalities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Solid written & verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude, Patience & Pleasant attitude.
Comfortable using different Technology methods.
Package Offered:
Basic Salary: 2,200 AED
2 sharing room Accommodation.
Transportation from Accommodation to Hotel & from Hotel to Accommodation.
