RESERVATION AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for reservation Agent for Holiday Homes company in Dubai, who can manage reservations, online travels agents and portals independently without supervision.

Responsibilities • Ensure all distribution channels (booking.com Agoda Expedia,Home away Airbnb and many others) have correct content and pricing. • Develop and maintain a close relationship with the market manager of Third-Party Intermediaries to maximize the opportunities with these channels. • Responsible to upload Rates both in PMS and third-party portals correspondence file. • Respond to enquiries over the telephone and email, etc • Book reservation with accurate information to ensure we exceed Guest’s expectations • Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System • Update and check reservations ensuring a flawless check in and checkout process • Understand Revenue Management strategies, sell levels and sell directed rates and is able to apply these methods to offer as per available inventory. • Seek opportunities, actively, to increase revenue • Understand the competitive marketplace through analysis of trends and data and build a strategic approach to manage trends.
One-year experience as reservation or revenue management is must.
Salary and benefits negotiable as per the experience.
